Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Manager to drive bench sales operations and candidate acquisition for our US Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hunting H1B candidates for transfer onto our payroll, maintaining solid relationships with proxy sources, and ensuring the successful deployment of consultants.

This is a target-driven role requiring a strong candidate network, market intelligence, and proven expertise in H1B transfers and bench marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt and acquire H1B transfer candidates and bring them onto our payroll.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with proxy sources and third-party recruiters to increase consultant placement success.
