Business Development Manager (US Staffing)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) – US Staffing to join our team in Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite).  

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of proven experience in US staffing sales and must have worked with Tier-1 vendors such as Randstad, Apex, K-force and direct clients.

The BDM will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, managing client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of the US staffing industry, tax terms, and recruitment processes.  

Responsibilities:   

  • Drive new business development and establish long-term client relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients in the US staffing industry.  

  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate consistent revenue growth.  

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client requirements.  

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and SLAs while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.  

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.  

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in the staffing domain.  

  • Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.  

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent account management, regular follow-ups, and proactive communication.  

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management.  

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and client expectations.  

  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to build brand presence in the US staffing market.  

  • Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
