Senior Sales / Business Development Executive (Upwork Expert)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior-level sales professional with strong expertise in Upwork and US client acquisition. The role involves lead generation, client data fetching, proposal management, and driving new business opportunities primarily in the US market.

Location: Noida, Onsite (Full-Time)
Working Time Zone: US Eastern Time (EST preferred)
Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Fetch and analyze US-based client data and build a strong lead pipeline
  • Work on lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Expert / Sales or Business Development professional
  • Strong understanding of the US market and client handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in EST/UK time zones
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Preferred Background:

  • IT Services / US Staffing / Digital Services industry experience
  • Prior experience in onsite, full-time senior sales roles
