The business flow is managed in multiple disparate systems. The data needed to be copied and consolidated from these systems for reporting, and it became a cumbersome process.

Dynamics 365 solutions of finance, sales, field service and project were implemented for the client. Sales and field service managed the prospects and service parts for the customer's clients. Employee assignment, expenses, and time-entry were done in the project and T&M modules. Finance handled the backend posting and detailed financial and government compliance reporting.
