Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of non-IT domains such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and more. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates for various non-technical roles across different industries and client types, including staffing agencies and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding non-IT professionals.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to understand client-specific role requirements and deliver suitable candidates in a timely manner.

Sourcing Channels: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards (e.g., CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed), social media, internal databases, and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent.

Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates for relevant experience, skillsets, cultural fit, and career alignment through structured interviews and pre-screening techniques.

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to fulfill both immediate and future hiring needs.

Offer & Negotiation: Manage candidate expectations, negotiate salary rates, and coordinate the offer process through closure and onboarding.

Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, industry shifts, and competitive hiring practices across various non-IT sectors.

Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with company policies and federal/state employment laws.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.

Familiarity with a wide range of non-IT job roles including administrative, customer service, healthcare, logistics, finance, and manufacturing.

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
