Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, working with Tier 1 clients, and experience in implementation projects. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals.
  • Client Collaboration:  Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Sourcing Strategies:  Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening:  Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Pipeline Management:  Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Negotiation:  Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Market Trends:  Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide insights and recommendations to clients and hiring managers.
  • Compliance:  Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and other legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of IT recruiting experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and social media platforms.
