Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a NetSuite expert, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities, business processes, and a proven track record of delivering seamless ERP implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of NetSuite ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to identify client requirements and pain points.
- Customize and configure NetSuite modules to align with client-specific business processes.
- Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and best practices to clients on ERP implementation methodologies and strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, and custom development when required.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement solutions to address challenges during and after implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation.
- Strong expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in configuring NetSuite workflows, custom fields, and reports.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead project teams, manage client expectations, and deliver projects on time.
- NetSuite certifications (such as NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator) are preferred.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and custom scripting is a plus.
- Knowledge of other ERP systems is advantageous.
