Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Preparing the Job Description and posting to appropriate job board like LinkedIn.
  • Implementing the overall recruitment strategy for technical hiring by understanding the Job details, and requirements.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct Online interviews.
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications as per the skills, and competencies.
  • Act as a point of contact and build a good rapport with candidates during the selection and hiring process.
  • Keeping the pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity.

 

Candidate should have:-

  • 0-1 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Graduate
