Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Preparing the Job Description and posting to appropriate job board like LinkedIn.
- Implementing the overall recruitment strategy for technical hiring by understanding the Job details, and requirements.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, referrals, etc.
- Conduct Online interviews.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications as per the skills, and competencies.
- Act as a point of contact and build a good rapport with candidates during the selection and hiring process.
- Keeping the pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity.
Candidate should have:-
- 0-1 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Graduate
