We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions, software, or hardware sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective strategies and leadership.
Responsibilities
- IT Sales Manager will manage selling technical services (Mainly Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle, and NetSuite).
- Sets sales targets and goals and meets or exceeds set targets.
- Develops comprehensive sales plans and forecasts to identify and produce a steady pipeline of prospects.
- Stay current on market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Explain the main responsibilities of the role, such as managing sales quotas, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical support to clients and sales teams.
- Ensure the team delivers compelling technical presentations that drive sales.
Requirements
- IT Sales Manager typically requires 5+ years of experience in the related area as an individual.
- Must have a Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
- Utilize deep technical understanding to educate the team on products, competitors, and prospects. Manages contract negotiations.
- Ensures project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
- Senior IT Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to utilize customer insights and market intelligence to contribute to the product roadmap.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
