Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter with 2+ years of proven experience in marketing consultants on various work visas, especially H1B, OPT, CPT, L2, and GC. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in H1B transfers, OPT recruitment, and end-to-end bench sales strategies. As a key part of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for aggressively marketing our consultants, managing the full sales lifecycle, and ensuring quick placements with direct clients, implementation partners, and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultant Marketing: Expertly market consultants on bench across various technologies to implementation partners, direct clients, and system integrators.
H1B Transfers & OPT Hiring: Identify, attract, and onboard candidates on H1B, OPT, CPT, and other work visas. Manage H1B transfer processes and collaborate with attorneys when necessary.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and develop a vendor network to increase placement success.
Job Matching: Find suitable job requirements that align with consultant skills and preferences, ensuring quick and successful submissions.
Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate rate and terms with vendors and clients, coordinate interviews, and ensure successful placements.
Database & Pipeline Management: Maintain an internal database of active and passive candidates, update consultant profiles, and create hotlists for future requirements.
Daily Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth progress and gather feedback.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all paperwork, agreements, and immigration documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with policies and legal standards.
Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with visa regulations, job market trends, and in-demand technologies.
