Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workato Consultant with hands-on Agiloft expertise to support enterprise integration, workflow automation, and business process optimization initiatives within the legal domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and implementing integrations using Workato, along with functional and technical knowledge of the Agiloft platform.

This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, legal operations teams, and technical teams to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support seamless integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations using Workato.
  • Configure and support workflows, automation, and business processes within Agiloft.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  • Develop and optimize workflows between legal, contract management, and enterprise applications.
  • Integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and data mapping techniques.
  • Troubleshoot integration and workflow issues and provide ongoing production support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to integration best practices, security standards, and data accuracy.
  • Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workato integration and automation platform.
  • Experience working with Agiloft platform configurations and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and data transformation/mapping.
  • Knowledge of business process automation and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Legal, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Legal Operations environments is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in the EST time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Agiloft with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, or document management systems.
  • Familiarity with legal operations, contract lifecycle management, or compliance workflows.
  • Previous consulting experience in enterprise automation projects.
