Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and results-driven SFMC Developer to develop, manage, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, campaigns, and automations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, AMPscript, SQL, and SFMC integrations, along with the ability to collaborate with marketing, CRM, and business teams to deliver impactful customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, automations, and customer journeys.
  • Create responsive email templates, landing pages, dynamic content, AMPscript, and SQL-based data solutions.
  • Design and implement customer journeys using Journey Builder and automation workflows using Automation Studio.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, external applications, and third-party systems using APIs and integration tools.
  • Manage subscriber data, segmentation, personalization, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign execution, delivery, and performance metrics to ensure successful marketing operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaigns, automations, integrations, and email deliverability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, analytics, and business teams to implement customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development and administration.
  • Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and email template development.
  • Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Good understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation concepts.
  • Experience with data extensions, subscriber management, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Administrator preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud integrations is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to digital marketing, customer engagement, and analytics platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release management processes is a plus.
