Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SFDC – CPQ professional to implement, configure, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions for sales operations and quote-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing strategies, approvals, product bundling, and integrations, along with the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business and sales operational requirements.
  • Configure pricing rules, product bundles, quote templates, discount schedules, approvals, and contract management processes.
  • Optimize quote-to-cash (QTC) workflows and improve overall sales lifecycle processes.
  • Customize CPQ features to support complex pricing models, renewals, subscriptions, and product configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, defects, and system enhancement requests.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, business stakeholders, architects, and developers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce CPQ, CRM systems, ERP platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and adherence to Salesforce CPQ best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and process documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration.
  • Expertise in pricing rules, quote configuration, approvals, product bundles, discounting, and quote templates.
  • Good understanding of quote-to-cash (QTC), sales operations, and revenue lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud and CPQ integrations.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce customization concepts.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools, release management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Billing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or subscription-based business models preferred.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems is a plus.
