About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong Business Analyst capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, business requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and delivering scalable CRM solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Salesforce-based solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand business needs and processes.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and gap analysis reports.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and business analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Apex
  • Triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
  • SOQL and SOSL
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Proven experience in:
  • Requirement gathering and analysis
  • Stakeholder management
  • User story creation
  • BRD/FRD documentation
  • Gap analysis
  • UAT support
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to CRM Analytics.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, or related AI features.
