Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and technical leadership, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and development teams.

The candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring platform scalability, security, and performance while driving best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead Salesforce implementation, customization, and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Define technical architecture and recommend best-fit Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and oversee integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and conduct technical design/code reviews.
  • Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production support activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and data architecture.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • Salesforce Flows
    • Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design
    • API Integrations (REST/SOAP)
    • CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, and SFDX
    • Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and drive solution architecture decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect certifications are preferred.
  • Prior experience in BFSI/FinTech domain will be an added advantage.
