Job Overview

Codinix Health is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Healthcare Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling MSP (Managed Service Provider) and Direct Client requirements while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent positions across the United States.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for MSP and Direct Client requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/VMS platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Negotiate pay rates, extend job offers, and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely candidate submissions while maintaining quality, compliance, and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, and regular status updates in ATS/VMS systems.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and client service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Mandatory experience working with MSP and Direct Client requirements.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing and clinical roles including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Allied Health Professionals, and Therapy professionals.
• Experience using ATS/VMS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and leading job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
