Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic FSC Architect to design, architect, and implement scalable Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce FSC, solution architecture, integrations, and platform customization, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures.
  • Define solution architecture, integration patterns, data models, and deployment strategies for Salesforce FSC implementations.
  • Lead system integrations, API design, middleware connectivity, and data migration activities.
  • Provide architectural guidance on Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), automation, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, governance, and security compliance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical reviews, solution validations, and architecture assessments.
  • Support release planning, deployment activities, and environment management.
  • Mentor development and support teams on Salesforce architecture standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, and design artifacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise solution architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC Data Model, and automation tools.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, security architecture, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
  • Experience designing scalable and high-performing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architecture decisions across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
  • FSC Accredited Professional or Financial Services Cloud certification preferred.
  • Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
