Dynamics CE Technical Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics CE Technical Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), CRM, and Marketing modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering, hands-on development experience, and the ability to integrate modern technologies such as Generative AI with Dynamics ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Configure and manage Dynamics Marketing components including events, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities with Dynamics CE data and workflows.
  • Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and application development.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using .NET and C#.
  • Build scalable, secure integrations and services on Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with:
    • Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
    • Dynamics CRM
    • Dynamics Marketing
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Dataverse
    • .NET, C#
    • TypeScript, JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
  • Exposure to or experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or application development

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
    • Power Pages
    • Power Automate
    • Liquid Templates
  • Experience building and managing data pipelines, including:
    • Data extraction and transformation from Dynamics applications
    • Working with Dataverse data processing workflows
