Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Conga CPQ professional to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade quoting and pricing solutions using Conga CPQ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Conga CPQ, Salesforce ecosystem integrations, pricing configuration, and quote-to-cash processes, with the ability to optimize sales workflows and support business users effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Conga CPQ solutions to support enterprise sales and quoting processes.
• Configure pricing rules, discounting structures, approvals, product catalogs, and quote generation workflows.
• Build and manage end-to-end quote-to-cash processes using Conga CPQ and Salesforce integration.
• Integrate Conga CPQ with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems such as ERP and billing platforms.
• Customize quoting templates, document generation, and approval workflows as per business requirements.
• Support business users in daily operations, issue resolution, and enhancement requests related to CPQ processes.
• Analyze and optimize existing quoting and sales processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support activities.
• Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and adherence to best practices and governance standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, and process workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Conga CPQ implementation and support.
• Good understanding of pricing models, product configuration, approvals, and quote generation processes.
• Experience integrating Conga CPQ with Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs or middleware tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and CRM processes.
• Experience in configuring and managing quote-to-cash workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security, and customization concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise support environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ tools is an added advantage.
• Salesforce Administrator or relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Exposure to Conga Composer, Conga CLM, or related Conga suite products is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, or enterprise sales environments preferred.
